About Passionate Africa Leadership Institute
The Passionate Africa Leadership Institute (PALI), and its antecedents the Vision Care Network International, was set-up in June 2005 through the initiative of Frank Paa Kumi who is currently the Founding Director of the organization. PALI is a Pan-African oriented development institute that seeks to empower young Africans, strengthen community leaders and contribute to solving the leadership deficit in Africa.
Our major pre-occupation is to promote a new paradigm of leadership in Africa by building and mentoring young transformational leaders to spur the socio-economic growth of the African region.
